  2. Shipping Fees: Orders over $20 qualify for free shipping. For orders below $20, a shipping fee of $6 applies. Please note that additional shipping fees of $12.99 apply to deliveries to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Armed Forces locations.

  3. International Shipping: For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.

  4. Delivery Time: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please refer to the shipping time table provided on our website for estimated delivery times to different countries.

  5. Address Requirements: For customers in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, please provide address information in Chinese, including full name, province, city, district, street, and house number.

  6. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical shipping address for delivery.

  7. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment's progress.

  8. Delivery Acceptance: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional delivery attempts or package return to our warehouse, in which case additional shipping fees may apply.

  9. Shipping Damage: In the event of shipping damage or loss, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.

  10. Shipping Changes:Any changes to shipping addresses, delivery instructions, or order cancellations must be communicated to us promptly. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been shipped.

  11. Shipping Disputes: Any disputes regarding shipping and delivery should be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
